Pax6 Stable U251N Cell Line (2.10 R) was generated by a retroviral transduction, to stably reintroduce the expression of PAX6, of the Pax6 KnockOut U251N Cell Line (2.10 KO cells). Infected cells were then selected by 10 µg/ml blasticidin; however, the cells do not need to be kept continuously in blasticidin for selection or growth.
