Description
abm | Stable HEK293T Expressing Human GC-B (GCB-Full) Cell Line | T6036
The Stable HEK293T Expressing Human GC-B Cell Line (GCB-Full) contains the gene encoding for the full length guanylyl cyclase-B receptor (GC-B). The expression of the human GC-B was done by transfecting HEK293T cells using a bicistronic mammalian expression vector containing the GC-B. GC-B is related to conditions such as achondroplasia which makes the Stable HEK293T Expressing Human GC-B Cell Line (GCB-Full) useful in pharmacology for testing treatments for achondroplasia and human dwarfism.
