Description

E7 Oncoprotein Rapid Test Kit | E7-FAMID | FAMID Biomedical Technology

E7 protein - a marker for the progression of cervical lesions

Characteristics

Description

The detection elements are clear

● This kit detects E7 protein-

 ● Expression of E7 protein in cervical epithelial cells

  ●cervical cancer lesions

The detection index is highly indicative

● E7 protein reflects patient lesions and is one of the main indicators for cervical cancer risk assessment

●Provide cervical cancer risk assessment indicators

●Provide a basis for subsequent cervical cancer treatment

Detection helps in the diagnosis and precise treatment of cervical diseases

● Effectively reduce over-diagnosis and panic of HPV transient infection

● It can directly determine the low-risk group of cervical cancer and prevent overtreatment or missed diagnosis

The detection operation is convenient and the result is highly accurate

● Self-test at home using colloidal gold screening method

●Easy to operate, fast and accurate

E7 Oncoprotein Rapid Test Clinical Use

  • People without TCT and DNA test results can directly use E7 protein detection kit (colloidal gold method) to detect E7 protein
  • content People with only HPV DNA test results, if the DNA test result is positive, use E7 protein detection kit (colloidal gold method) to detect E7 protein
  • For people with only CT test results, if the TCT test results are above ASC-US, use E7 protein detection kit (colloidal gold method) After surgery and postoperative recurrence, E7 protein is detected using E7 protein detection kit (colloidal gold method). Postoperative tissue margin section, plus E7 to evaluate the possibility of recurrence
  • For people with negative TCT and HPV DNA, use E7 protein detection kit (colloidal gold method) to detect E7 protein. After cervical precancerous lesions, the weakened DNA expression leads to false negatives and missed diagnoses. The expression of E7 is relatively increased, and the risk of cancer is also higher. Active treatment is recommended.

Sample Collection

Sampling by Hospital Professionals

• The attending doctor opens the vagina with a speculum to expose the cervix.
• Place the brush on the patient's cervical transformation area and turn it six times clockwise.
• Carefully place the bristles of the sample brush into the empty centrifuge tube

Sampling by Users

• The user takes the sample according to the requirements of the sampling cervical brush.
• Insert the cervical sampling brush into the test tube and press down gently
• Hold the sampling brush with one hand, push the sampling brush s
gently with the other hand, and immerse the brush head in the liquid.

Testing Method

• The tested samples, kits and other equipment should be returned to room
temperature (15-30°C) before use.
• Tear open the aluminum foil bag from the notch on the side, take out the test strip card, (note: do not touch the surface of the intermediate
film of the test strip with your fingers), and lay it flat on the table.
• The medical personnel use a pipette to draw 100 uL of the sample supernatant and drop it into the sample addition hole (marked with "S") of the test paper card;
• Single test kit user uses a dropper to draw 4-5 drops of the sample supernatant into the sample addition hole (marked "S") of the test paper card. (See Figure)
• 15 minutes after adding the sample, observe and record the test results according to "Interpretation of Test Results"
• It can be detected within 5 to 15 minutes, and the results read within 15 minutes (including 15 minutes) are accurate results, and the time to read the results should not exceed 15 minutes.)

Interpretation of Test Results

Positive: If both the test line and the quality control line appear (Figure 1), the test result is initially diagnosed as E7 protein positive. One of the two lines may be darker or lighter than the other (the darker or lighter color of the positive test line does not necessarily correlate with the amount of E7 protein in the sample).
Negative: There is only a red line on the quality control line on the test strip (Figure 2), and the test line does not appear, and the result is regarded as negative;
Invalid: If there is no red line or only the detection line appears, and no quality control line appears, the test result is invalid. Ineffective should be redone with new test strips and samples. (Figure 3)
