Description

G protein is a cell wall protein of Streptococcus, which can bind specifically to the FC segment of immunoglobulin IgG. It can not only be combined with all human, mouse and rat IgG subclasses, but also with guinea pig, rabbit, goat, cow, sheep and horse IgG. The G protein has a wide range of applications. It can be used to separate and purify or remove IgG from serum and ascites, purify monoclonal antibody and isolate antigen antibody complex. The natural G protein is made up of several similar domains. Under neutral conditions, it has a strong affinity with the Fc fragment of IgG. As the pH decreases, the affinity gradually weakens. However, it still needs very low pH to separate IgG from G protein. For example, it needs ph2.5-3.5 to elute IgG from medium of G protein, and it is easy aggregate and inactivate certain antibodies.

EE prog optimizes the domain of the natural G protein, maintains the affinity in a neutral state, greatly reduces the affinity in an acidic environment, makes the antibody easier to dissociate and elute, and the general antibody can be unlink with ph3.5-5.0.

Standard marker Merotein
