Description
Human growth hormone (hGH) is a 191 amino acid non-glycosylated protein hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary gland in the brain. It is one of the most important postpartum hormones. HGH plays an important role in cell proliferation, bone formation, muscle strength, organogenesis and somatic growth as its main physiological functions are the stimulation of the rate of protein synthesis and the mobilization and utilization of fatty acids. , and the decrease in the rate of carbohydrate utilization. The Recombinant human growth hormone (rh-GH) has been approved by the US FDA as a prescription drug to treat growth disorders in children GG, severe burns, wounds, bone fractures and bone fracture; osteoporosis.

Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (rh-GH) DataSheet
Biological activity: Fully biologically active compared to the standard. The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cells is less than 0.1 ng / ml, corresponding to a specific activity of> 1.0 × 107 IU / mg.
Application: research, laboratory or other evaluation purposes. NOT FOR HUMAN USE.
GG stability amplifier; storage conditions:
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt between -20 ℃ and -80 ℃
Store it in sterile conditions between -20 ℃ and -80 ℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
